Welcome to Connexly, a mobile application developed and operated by Pacewisdom Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Connexly app and related services (“Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using Connexly, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. About Connexly

Connexly helps users digitize business cards by scanning physical cards, extracting contact details using AI technology, and organizing those contacts into a smart digital directory. Our goal is to enable smarter business networking by simplifying contact management and enhancing accessibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using Connexly, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• Users must provide a valid email address for login and verification using OTP.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. App Features

Connexly provides:

• Business card scanning via camera/gallery.
• AI-powered contact detail extraction.
• Cloud-based and local contact management.
• Contact export features.
• In-app subscriptions and cloud sync.
• Notifications and analytics features.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Upload any content that violates third-party rights.
• Misuse AI-generated data or upload inappropriate materials.

6. Subscription and Billing

Connexly offers in-app purchases through monthly subscription plans.

• All payments are processed via the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscription auto-renews unless canceled before the billing cycle.
• Refunds are handled according to platform-specific policies.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services such as:

• OpenAI for text extraction.
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics for app performance monitoring. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software are owned by Pacewisdom Solutions and are protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of the app without permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Connexly if you violate these Terms. You may discontinue use of the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

10. Limitation of Liability

Connexly is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for data loss, inaccuracies from AI processing, or service disruptions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
